PLAN YOUR SPECIAL EVENT OR PRIVATE DINING EXPERIENCE WITH US

Some of our restaurants have designated private dining rooms and event spaces or fully dedicated event floors, where we regularly host business and private lunches, dinners, functions and parties.

Private rooms, event spaces and exclusive floors are based on consumption of the guests only and no additional room or floor charge is applicable.

We are offering three options for private dining and larger event groups: 

  • The first option is that your group dines based on our a la carte menu. This option is not only the recommended option by our restaurant, but also the preferred option of all larger groups we are hosting, as it allows the full dining experience and the uniqueness of what our restaurant stands for.
  • As a second option, we can offer you a set menu containing of a variation of our bestsellers with a fixed sum per person on the food. In this case we can order for you in advance, all to share, that you can fully concentrate on your dining, enjoying the company of your guests, while having a clear pricing in your mind.
  • Furthermore, casual and standing events with pass-around food are possible as well and we would discuss this with you to find the individual approach you wish for.

Ho Chi Minh City

Estella Place, An Phu, Dist. 2

Just recently opened, Estella Place, which describes itself as a community hub for urban families, offers a wide mix of retail and dining experiences, while striving to set new standards in customer service and shopping experience.

With a total size of 250sqm, our El Gaucho restaurant is a ground floor corner location, with in- and outdoor seating. With floor to ceiling glass windows surrounding the entire restaurant, it feels cozy and wide open at the same time. Suitable for couples, family and friends likewise, the restaurant holds, in front of the wine cellar, a private corner for up to 25 people.

Separated by the Saigon River, District 2 was long time an unappealing and underdeveloped part of the city, until the government’s investment turned it into a major residential and blooming restaurant and bar area. Being a 20-minute drive from the city’s center, District 2 attracts today a healthy Vietnamese and Western expat community and offers a grand selection of international and local food establishments in a relatively quiet surrounding.

Ho Chi Minh City

Hai Ba Trung, District 1

A four-floor building in the central business district, the true heart of the city. With 580 square meter in total and the availability of 220 seats, the location is offering private dining rooms as well as exclusive events floors. Motorbike parking in front of the restaurant is allowed, while car parking is not directly available, but opposite from the restaurant at the Park Hyatt.

District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City is the true heart of the city and still showing the architectural influence of the French. It does not only hold most of the city’s administrative offices and consulates, but also some of the most famous buildings, as the Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica or the Opera House.

Ho Chi Minh City

The Crescent, Phu My Hung, Dist. 7

A two-floors open space with terrace and stunning lake view in District 7. With 390 spare meter and the availability of 210 seats, this location feels very homely and comforting and offers the possibility of private dining and hosting large group likewise. Numerous inside and outside parking facilities for motorbikes and cars are available at the back areas of the Crescent facilities itself.

District 7 in Ho Chi Minh City is a steadily developing area, which established itself already today as a preferred residential and commercial area. The Phu My Hung area is home to many singles, couples and families enjoying a convenient, safe, and peaceful surrounding – Shopping mall with cinema, sport facilities, medical services, surrounding school and university facilities and dining locations embedded into the curved lake esplanade of the “Crescent Compound“.

Danang

74 Bach Dang St., Hai Chau District

Our location at 74 Bach Dang Street, one of the most beautiful streets in the city, is ideal for socializing, meetings and romantic dining alike. A one floor open space with a spacious dining area, open kitchen, comfortable bar, private room for meetings or small parties and an inviting terrace all in the heart of Da Nang.

Please note that this location has smoking area on the terrace only, the inside area is fully non-smoking. Limited car parking at the Riverside Tower Building is nearby.

With a total size of 400 sqm and 150 seats indoor and al fresco, our El Gaucho restaurant is a ground floor corner location with a private room for parties of up to 12 people. With attractive windows for a view to the outside environment surrounding the entire restaurant, it feels cozy and wide open at the same time. Suitable for couples, family and friends, and small meetings.

Hanoi

Lieu Giai Street, Ba Dinh District

With 244sqm and 100 seats, our two storey restaurant satisfies with a very comforting and homely atmosphere, while holding all well-known El Gaucho features. Suitable for business and leisure, the restaurant is very suitable for group bookings and private dining with availability for 16 people at the same time.

Vinhomes Metropolis Lieu Giai is considered one of the most luxurious projects of Vingroup in Hanoi and holds the unique experience of viewing all four major lakes which are Thu Le Lake, Ngoc Khanh Lake, Giang Vo Lake and West Lake.

Ba Dinh District is formally also known as the “French Quarter” due to its high concentration of French-styled villas built while Hanoi was the capital of French Indochina. Today the district, where Ho Chi Minh declared independence in 1945, is dominated by governmental offices and embassies, while still holding historic and important sights as the One Pillar Pagoda, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, President Palace or Hanoi Flag Tower.

Hanoi

Tay Ho Street, West Lake District

A one-floor open space with large and inviting terrace in the new development project ‘Somerset West Point’. With 420 square meter and the availability of 160 seats, the location offers a private dining room, allowing you to be seated separately and privately, but still enjoy the all-over restaurant atmosphere. Parking of motorbikes and cars are conveniently available at the facilities of Somerset West Point.

The West Lake District, holding Hanoi’s largest lake, is a well-known area to Vietnamese and expatriates likewise. With surrounding gardens, hotels, villas, shops and restaurants, people can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and entertainment at the same time.

Hanoi

Trang Tien Street, Hoan Kiem District

With two floors, wide and open spaces, as well as terrace area on the first floor, this location in Hanoi’s downtown and commercial center is a true pearl. With a 380 square meter in total and the availability of 150 seats, the location offers a private dining room and the possibility of seating for larger groups in a separate area. Unfortunately, the location offers a convenient drop-off, but no parking facilities.

Hoan Kiem district is Hanoi’s downtown and commercial center, holding the city’s bank headquarters and the country’s largest Vietnamese public corporations. Mingled together with well-known international hotels and many of the city’s attractions (Old Quarter, the Opera House or the National Museum of Vietnamese History), this area is inviting for business, shopping, dining, culture and leisure likewise.
